Yes. We are fully insured and work to BS 7671 wiring regulations. We hold relevant trade qualifications and affiliations including SELECT, SJIB, and ECA.
You will receive the appropriate certificate for the work completed. This may include Electrical Installation Certificates, Minor Works Certificates, and for inspections an EICR report.
A typical three bed home takes around two to four hours depending on access and previous alterations. Landlords need an EICR at least every five years or at change of tenancy. Homeowners often do one as part of a purchase or after major works.
Yes. We regularly coordinate with other trades and can programme first fix, second fix, and final testing to suit your schedule.
PAT testing checks plug in appliances for safety. It is common for holiday lets, HMOs, and workplaces. Frequency depends on usage and risk. Ask and we will advise a sensible interval.
We replace your old fuseboard with a modern RCBO consumer unit and label and test each circuit. Most homes take half a day to a day including full testing and certification. Power is off for part of that time and we plan it with you.
Rewires are intrusive but we protect floors and furniture, chase neatly, and remove waste. We can stage the job so essential circuits stay available where possible and we keep you updated each day.
Yes. We assess your supply size, earthing, and preferred charger location, then complete a load assessment. If a main fuse or earthing upgrade is needed we will advise and coordinate with your supplier where required.
